How it works

Our custom design process allows you to create one-of-a-kind fine jewelry pieces handcrafted by Moonryvr artisans—and imagined by you. Whether it’s an original design or a new twist to an existing style, we’ll work with you to create a unique, deeply personal piece that will stay with you for a lifetime.

Send us all of your design inspiration (don't have any? That's okay, too) and we'll set up a virtual consultation to learn more about your vision.

(02) design

Together, we pick the gemstones and diamonds for your piece and review and revise the design until it is perfect.

FAQs

Do you only design rings?

We create heirloom fine jewelry of all kinds. From simple gemstone studs to high jewelry, our design team and world-class jewelry artisans are able to make it all.

How long does it take to make my piece?

From the time the design is finalized and payment is made, it takes 6-8 weeks to create an entirely bespoke piece and and have it delivered to your door. In some cases, this timeframe can be rushed, especially for diamond rings that are modifications of an existing Moonryvr design.

I need an engagement ring in 30 days. Can you make it?

Yes! We can make an engagement ring using natural or lab grown diamond in any of our Evermore bridal styles and have it to your doorstep within 30 days. If you need something different on a tight turnaround, please contact us to determine the feasibility.

How will I receive my finished piece?

We ship all of our pieces via FedEx 2-day or overnight delivery. Signature is always required, no exceptions.
