Shipping & Production
When will my order ship?
Moonryvr pieces are made to order by hand using hand-picked stones from around the world. We make each piece with extraordinary care and attention to detail. Please allow to 5-7 weeks (excluding holidays) for production of made to order items. Ready to ship items are in stock, and ship no later than the next business day after purchase.
Please email concierge@moonryvr.com if you have any urgent or special shipping needs in addition to selecting your preferred delivery option at checkout.
After your order is completed at checkout, you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time and do not see the invoice arrive to your email.
We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.
what shipping service do you use?
We ship all of our items with FedEx or UPS. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your FEDEX or UPS tracking number.
What if I won't be home to sign for my package?
We always require a direct signature upon delivery for secure shipment, as we are sending items of high value that should never be left unattended at your door. If you or someone else cannot be present to sign, another delivery will be attempted the next day (and again the next day, if necessary). If you miss a delivery, FedEx/UPS will leave a notice on the door that allows you to arrange for pick up at a local FedEx/UPS site at your convenience, if preferred.
can you rush production of my piece?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you need your order by a specific date please email concierge@moonryvr.com and we will try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee an expedited speed.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number. For insurance purposes, all orders require signature upon delivery, no exceptions.
will i be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is currently charged for orders shipped to customers in the following US states: Virginia, Tennessee
do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to everywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
As a globally inspired brand, we also aim to make our products available globally. For international orders outside of the USA, please email concierge@moonryvr.com, and we will arrange shipping and complete your order on a case-by-case basis, as possible.
For all international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duty fees charged by customs in the customer's country. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs service.

returns & modifications
Moonryvr is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
do you accept returns?
The Moonryvr team strives for top customer service and wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
If you purchased a ready-to-ship piece of finished jewelry from our existing inventory, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the return shipping cost). In the case of any damage to the returned item (other than pre-existing damage - please see below regarding defect claims), the repair cost will be deducted from the amount returned. Please contact concierge@moonryvr.com for return authorization and return shipping instructions.
All other pieces, including made to order, modified, personalized and custom items, are handmade to order and, outside of issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. In the case of any manufacturing defect, a claim must be filed within two days of delivery and a full refund will be issued (or repair provided if customer prefers) for any legitimate claims.
If your piece has been damaged or is defective upon receipt, please email concierge@moonryvr.com for a return or repair authorization within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Can I cancel my order?
For ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, if you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a full refund.
All orders for made-to-order pieces canceled outside of 12 hours are subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been started.
Custom/bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours following design approval.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes! Custom jewelry is our favorite! We love making bridal jewelry and are happy to source natural diamonds, antique diamonds, and lab grown diamonds in addition to colored gemstones. We also love making heirloom pieces to commemorate other life events, or just because.
We are happy to work with heirloom family stones or a stone you source and provide. If you are supplying the stone, there is a $250 corkage fee.

Can I order a necklace in a different length?
We are happy to offer custom lengths for an additional fee. Please contact us at concierge@moonryvr.com to request the modification.
Please note that depending on the modification you'd like, the price will vary. Customized orders are nonrefundable.
Payment & Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
Through our online store, powered by Shopify, we accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Should you prefer to pay by bank transfer/ACH wire please email us and we will send you a digital invoice with options for wire transfer.
Do you offer financing?
Shopify has partnered with Affirm to provide Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) financing options at checkout. Payments may be spread out for up to 12 months for purchases up to $4,000.
We offer the same service through Afterpay and can make it available to you via an invoice.
Additionally, we offer individualized layaway programs.

Sizing & Engraving
What is your ring sizing?
All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler or ordering a ring sizing kit. You can also reference our Ring Size Guide. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size.
Can you engrave pieces for me?
Depending on the piece, yes! Many of our rings (including Starfall and Chloe rings) feature full round bands which are too thin and rounded on the inside to be engraved, but Jasmine pieces are engravable.
Any custom piece can be designed to be engravable.
Sourcing & Quality
What color/clarity are your diamonds?
The small diamonds in our pave bands and halos are made from natural diamonds that are near colorless (G grade or better) and VS in clarity. In some cases we have substituted created diamonds of F+ and VVS1 quality - pieces made with lab grown diamond melee are noted.
Many pieces can be made with lab grown diamond upon request. Please contact concierge@moonryvr.com to inquire about such customization.
Where do your diamonds & gemstones come from?
We source gemstones from around the world from a network of small miners and suppliers we have cultivated through our travels. We strive to know the origin of every gemstone, if not the miner personally. We take great care to work with ethical suppliers and we are extremely vigilant when sourcing for stones that may have come from regions with known present or historical conflict.
We have a variety of established and ethically-minded brokers for diamonds. For custom diamond pieces we source from a variety of suppliers based on the priorities of the consumer and with Canadian suppliers, lab grown suppliers, and specialists in antique diamonds, to name a few.
