Option I: Ready to Ship
First editions, unique gemstones, and one-of-a-kind pieces we couldn't help but create. Once these pieces are sold, there may never be another one like it again.
Option II: Moonryvr Collection
Each piece from our bridal collection is made to order in your chosen size and gold. Our team hand-selects every single stone used in a Moonryvr collection piece.
Option III: Tailor Made
Choose any design from our website or Instagram and we will source a gemstone or diamond especially for you. We can customize center and side stone sizes and materials based on your preferences.
Option IV: Fully Bespoke
For the client with a vision who desires to create something from the ground up. We accept a limited number of commissions and work one-on-one to design your dream ring. Bespoke commissions begin at $8,000.

What is the average cost of a custom design?
Moonryvr fully custom designs begin at $8,000. Semi-custom designs using an existing Moonryvr setting as a base are generally increase the cost of the piece 25% over the made-to-order price on the website and begin at $6,000.
Do you require a deposit to get started?
Yes, after the initial consultation, we require a $1,000 deposit to begin the custom process. Our clients are the most important thing to us, so we spend a lot of time working on each design and sourcing the perfect stones, but if for any reason your design does not go into production, your deposit (minus shipping charges for stone sourcing) is fully refundable.
Following the design and stone sourcing process, full payment is required before we move your piece into production.
How long does the custom design process take?
Our current turnaround time for completely custom pieces is approximately 8 weeks from start to finish.
For semi-custom rings - a Moonryvr design with minor changes or select gemstones, turnaround time is aproximately 4 weeks
While we often complete rings sooner than outlined, this timeframe ensures that we can dedicate the utmost care and attention to detail to each piece, resulting in a truly heirloom-worthy piece.
*If you have a special date or deadline in mind, please inform your design consultant at the beginning of the design processs.
To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we recommend having your ring in hand well before making any proposal plans. This not only provides peace of mind but also ensures everything is ready for your special moment. For those planning proposals or other significant occasions, we strongly advise starting the custom process at least three months in advance to allow sufficient time for creating your unique piece.

Do you work with lab grown diamonds?
We certainly do! We work with both natural and lab grown diamonds and have amazing suppliers for both. We also source unique, reclaimed, and antique natural diamonds.
How long does it take to receive the initial design?
After the initial consultation and deposit, Katie gets to work on the design. The initial rendering will be ready no more than 7 days following the consultation/deposit.
Each design includes two rounds of complimentary and careful revisions after which, additional rounds incur a fee of $50.
What can I expect after I approve the design?
Upon approval, you will be invoiced via email and will be provided a link to checkout from our website.
Pieces generally ship or are ready for pickup in our studio 6 weeks from receipt of payment.
Additional Information
Can I supply my own diamond or gemstones?
We are happy to set client diamonds and/or gemstones into existing Moonryvr settings and are often able to accommodate 1-2 small updates to the design. This applies to any design found on our website or Instagram.
Due to demand constraints, we are currently unable to create fully custom designs using client provided center stones though we are more than happy to use family or heirloom stones as accents in any custom design.
Do you offer fiancing?
Absolutely! We finance through Shopify's Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) partnership with Affirm. This is available as a payment option with every purchase/checkout link on our website.
Please note that BNPL/Affirm this is a third party financing option and we do not have control over client approval or credit limits.
You may wish to verify your qualification with Affirm here before considering the payment plan.
We are also happy to do traditional installment plans (layaway) for customers who do not wish to use BNPL. The schedule for these is flexible, but the requirements are 50% payment to start your piece and 100% payment before pickup.
