Digital Marketing Associate

Full-Time | Mostly In-Person (Chattanooga, TN)

Moonryvr is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to consistently execute the day-to-day tasks that fuel our digital content marketing strategy.

This role is focused on organizing, packaging, and distributing Moonryvr content across digital marketing channels, while also developing our blogging and email marketing.

You will work directly with Will and Katie and the rest of our advertising team to help execute our content strategy by ensuring Moonryvr content is better organized, consistently published, properly formatted, and delivered to the right platforms.

This role is primarily focused on managing the detailed daily tasks required for maintaining a high-quality website and Shopify backend along with a growing brand presence across Instagram, Google (SEO), Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and email marketing. Other Moonryvr staff will be responsible for the creative process of content production and for managing Ads campaigns across platforms, while this role will manage the details on translating content creation into organized and consistent publication. Their may be some opportunity for creative input and growth over time especially for email and blogging content.

What You’ll Do

You will help ensure our marketing content is consistently published, thoughtfully written and organized, and properly distributed across all channels.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Writing and editing blog posts with guidance on topics and structure
• Assisting in the development of blog and email marketing strategy
• Writing copy for emails, captions, and other marketing materials
• Formatting and publishing blog posts
• Building and sending email campaigns
• Uploading and scheduling Pinterest pins
• Scheduling posts across Instagram and other platforms
• Repurposing existing content into different formats (e.g., blog to email, video to short clips)
• Uploading new content to and copy editing product listings on Shopify
• Copy editing Moonryvr's website to ensure quality control (no broken links, no typos, all formatting perfect, etc)
• Organizing photo and video content libraries on Google drive and packaging assets in specific formats for Ad campaigns on different platforms
• Uploading and organizing photos, videos, and marketing assets into easily usable content libraries
• Maintaining content calendars and publishing schedules
• Following established processes to ensure consistency across platforms
• Making basic edits to images or videos when needed
• Tracking completion of tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
• Because we are a small team, this role may also occasionally assist with general business operations such as customer communication, packaging orders, or other administrative tasks.

• AI tools like ChatGPT

• Meta/Google/Pinterest Ads

What Success Looks Like

After your first several months, you will be able to independently manage the publication and distribution of content across our marketing channels and manage blog and email creation. Content will be consistently scheduled, properly formatted, thoughtfully written, and delivered on time without needing close supervision.

You will play a key role in keeping our marketing systems running smoothly while helping expand our library of written content and strengthen our communication with customers.

Location

This is a full-time position based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The role is approximately 90% in person to support collaboration and hands-on work, with occasional flexibility when appropriate.

Compensation & Benefits
