Join our fast-growing luxury jewelry brand as a visual storyteller

Content Producer

Full-Time | In-Person | Chattanooga, Tennessee

Moonryvr is looking for a talented, visually curious Content Producer to join our team full-time in Chattanooga.

This person will work directly with Moonryvr’s founder and designer, Katie Wright, to translate the world of Moonryvr into photographs, films, campaigns, and everyday visual stories.

All creative work in this role will be developed under the creative direction of our founder. You will be responsible for bringing the brand vision to life through thoughtful execution, visual storytelling, and your own creative craft.

We’re looking for someone who loves making beautiful things—and who wants the rare opportunity to help shape the visual language of a growing brand from the inside.

This is not a traditional social media role, nor are we looking for someone to simply execute a content calendar. You’ll be behind the camera, in the editing room, scouting locations, capturing small moments, developing ideas, and helping us decide what Moonryvr should look and feel like as we grow.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help create the visual world of Moonryvr across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, email, our website, advertising, and editorial content.

Your work will include:

  • Shooting and editing short-form films, Reels, campaign videos, and everyday brand content
  • Photographing jewelry, people, places, events, behind-the-scenes moments, and the world surrounding the brand
  • Working directly with Katie to translate creative concepts and references into finished visual stories, all guided by her creative direction
  • Editing and color grading video with a strong sense of pacing, emotion, music, and narrative
  • Developing creative concepts for shoots and helping bring them to life within the established brand vision
  • Capturing the everyday moments happening inside Moonryvr—new stones arriving, sketches becoming rings, client pieces being finished, collections taking shape
  • Creating founder-led content in a way that feels natural, beautiful, and distinctly Moonryvr
  • Helping plan larger editorial and campaign shoots
  • Scouting locations, gathering props, and assisting with styling and production
  • Building and organizing a growing library of photography and video
  • Working alongside our marketing team to make sure great creative exists for every channel that needs it
  • Helping develop and protect a recognizable Moonryvr visual language as the brand grows, in alignment with the founder’s direction

Some days may involve planning and filming an editorial campaign. Others might mean following Katie through the studio with a camera while she chooses diamonds, capturing a client appointment, filming a new ring in beautiful afternoon light, or turning a spontaneous idea into a 30-second film.

Who We’re Looking For

You are first and foremost a visual storyteller.

  • You notice light. You notice movement. You notice the moment before someone realizes they’re being photographed.
  • You care about the difference between something that simply looks polished and something that actually makes you feel something.
  • You probably have experience in photography, filmmaking, videography, editing, or a combination of them.
  • We are particularly interested in someone with strong filmmaking and video-editing instincts. Someone who is also comfortable taking beautiful photographs is a plus.
  • You may be early in your career.
  • You might be a recent film or photography graduate, a freelance filmmaker, a wedding filmmaker who wants to move into editorial and brand work, or someone working in a creative role who knows you’re capable of making something much more interesting.

We care far more about your eye, instincts, and potential than the number of years on your résumé.

You Might Be a Great Fit If…

  • You can shoot and edit beautiful video from beginning to end
  • You have a strong understanding of composition, natural light, movement, and visual storytelling
  • You can take excellent still photographs as well as video
  • You understand how editing, music, pacing, and color can completely change the feeling of a film
  • You have experience with professional editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • You’re interested in fashion, jewelry, interiors, photography, film, art, architecture, travel, or other visually rich worlds
  • You’re drawn to imagery that feels cinematic, editorial, romantic, nostalgic, natural, and a little unexpected
  • You’re comfortable receiving strong creative direction while also bringing your own ideas to the table, within the framework of the founder’s vision
  • You are curious, resourceful, and excited to experiment
  • You’d rather make something memorable than chase whatever is trending this week
  • You want to become deeply involved with one brand rather than spend your career moving from client to client

Experience shooting film, Super 8, analog photography, fashion, weddings, editorial work, products, or documentary-style storytelling is a bonus, but none is required.

What This Role Is Not

  • This is not a remote content-creation position.
  • It is not a social media management role.
  • And it is not a job where you’ll receive a rigid shot list, hand over the footage, and move on to the next client.

This is a full-time, local Chattanooga position working closely and collaboratively with Katie and the
rest of the Moonryvr team.

We want someone who wants to know the brand deeply enough that eventually you see a moment and instinctively know:

That’s Moonryvr.

Why This Role Is Different

Moonryvr is at a stage where our visual world is becoming increasingly important to where we’re going next.

You’ll have the opportunity to help shape that world from the inside.

Rather than joining a large creative department and executing someone else’s established system, you’ll work directly with the founder to bring her creative vision to life and help build a visual system that supports it.

You’ll have access to beautiful jewelry, unusual gemstones, client stories, sketches, weddings, travel, architecture, interiors, landscapes, and all of the unexpected things that inspire our collections.

And as Moonryvr grows, we hope this person grows with us.

For the right emerging creative, this is an opportunity to build a body of work and a brand—that you can be proud of years from now.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, salaried position starting at $50,000 annually, with compensation commensurate with experience, demonstrated ability, and the value you can bring to the role.

We are particularly interested in talented creatives who are early in their storytelling careers, and we believe strongly in creating opportunities for exceptional people to grow alongside Moonryvr. As the role, your capabilities, and the company grow, there will be meaningful opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation.

Moonryvr offers a competitive benefits package, including:

  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Professional development and opportunities to expand your creative skills
  • Access to professional photography and filmmaking equipment as needed for the role
  • Opportunities for travel and location shoots as the brand grows

Position: Full-time, salaried

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee - primarily in person

Starting salary: $50,000+, commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability

About Moonryvr

Moonryvr is a Chattanooga-based fine
jewelry house creating engagement rings, bespoke pieces, and future heirlooms for romantics.

Our work lives somewhere between antique and modern: jewelry that feels discovered rather than manufactured, familiar without belonging to a particular era, and designed to become part of someone’s story.

We believe beautiful things should last.

That romance still matters.

And that the things we choose to mark the most important moments of our lives should feel worthy of remembering.

To Apply

Send us an email with subject “Content Producer Role | YOUR NAME” that includes:

  • Your résumé or a little about yourself
  • A link to your portfolio, Instagram, Vimeo, or wherever we can see your work
  • 3–5 pieces you’ve created that feel the most like you
  • A casual 2-4 minute video (via Youtube or Google drive link) telling us why this role interests you (your application will not be considered without this video). This doesn’t need to be cinematic, we just want to hear why you would be an amazing addition to Moonryvr.

Please don’t worry if your current portfolio doesn’t look like Moonryvr.

We aren’t looking for someone who has already made our work.

We’re looking for someone with an eye we believe in who wants to help make what’s next.

*Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis*
