Full-Time | In-Person | Chattanooga, Tennessee

Moonryvr is looking for a Brand Content Producer to join our team in Chattanooga.

This is an entry/early-career creative role for someone with a good eye who loves photography, capturing video, editing, social media, and beautiful things — but who may not yet have years of professional experience.

You do not need to be a professional photographer or filmmaker. You do need to be comfortable taking photos and video on an iPhone, have some experience editing short-form content using professional tools, and be excited to learn.

You’ll work closely with Moonryvr’s founder and designer, Katie Wright, to capture the everyday world of the brand and turn it into content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, advertising, email, and our website.

What You’ll Do

This role is roughly 50% capturing and planning content and 50% editing, organizing, and preparing that content for use.

1) Capture + Plan

You’ll spend part of each day working alongside our founder and team to:

  • Take daily photo and video content, primarily using an iPhone
  • Capture jewelry, gemstones, sketches, fittings, studio moments, people, and behind-the-scenes details
  • Film simple founder-led content and conversations
  • Help plan what we should capture each week based on upcoming launches, products, stories, and marketing needs
  • Notice spontaneous moments that could become good content
  • Help think through simple concepts for Reels, TikToks, ads, Stories, and other short-form video
  • Occasionally assist with larger professional photo and video shoots
  • Learn how to capture jewelry beautifully and accurately

2) Edit + Create

You’ll turn that raw material into finished content by:

  • Editing simple short-form videos and Reels — often something as straightforward as selecting 5–10 good clips and putting them together beautifully
  • Trimming footage and adjusting pacing, music, text, and basic color
  • Combining everyday iPhone footage with our existing professional photography and videography
  • Creating variations of content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta ads, email, and other channels
  • Resizing and adapting existing creative for different formats
  • Adding Moonryvr typography and simple graphics when needed
  • Organizing our photo and video library so good content is easy to find and reuse
  • Helping us get more mileage out of the beautiful professional imagery and video we already have

Who We’re Looking For

We care much more about your eye, instincts, curiosity, and willingness to learn than an impressive résumé.

You might be a recent graduate, a photographer or videographer early in your career, someone who has been making content for yourself or other people, or simply a very visually inclined person who has learned to shoot and edit because you love doing it.

You should:

  • Have a naturally good eye for composition, light, color, and interesting details
  • Be comfortable shooting photos and video on an iPhone
  • Have some experience editing video in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar tools
  • Understand the basic rhythm of short-form video
  • Be interested in photography, film, fashion, interiors, art, design, or other visually driven fields
  • Be comfortable receiving detailed creative direction and translating it into finished work
  • Be willing to learn new tools and techniques
  • Be organized enough to manage lots of small pieces of content
  • Care about details
  • Be happy working collaboratively and in person

Professional photography or videography experience is not required.

A degree in film, photography, marketing, communications, design, or a related field is welcome, but not required.

How We Work

All creative work in this role will be developed under the creative direction of Moonryvr founder and designer Katie Wright.

You won't be expected to arrive knowing exactly how to make something look like Moonryvr. Part of the job is learning our visual language — what we notice, what we photograph, what we leave out, and what makes something feel like us.

Position: Full-time, salaried
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee - primarily in person
Starting salary: $50,000+, commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability
